Michael Grant was an exchange student from New York that stayed at Miki's house. Michael is handsome and was immediately popular with the girls at Toryo High School. His father and Yuu's father Youji are business partners. He is one year younger than Miki and Yuu. 

Biography

Michael Grant loves everything Japanese from kaiten sushi to samurai and ninja movies. He was born in New York. He went to St. Andrews High School. Michael has an older brother named Brian. 

Physical appearance

Michael is tall with strawberry blonde hair and bright blue eyes. He is usually wearing a white t-shirt, denim jacket, and blue jeans. 

Personality and traits

Michael is very energetic and childish. He loves everything Japanese, even telling Miki that he learned Japanese from watching so many samurai movies. Michael has a crush on Miki. When Yuu leaves, Michael tries everything to make her forget about Yuu.
