Shueisha, Inc. (株式会社集英社 Kabushiki Kaisha Shūeisha, lit. Shueisha Publishing Co., Ltd.) is a major publisher in Japan. The company was founded in 1925 as the entertainment-related publishing division of Japanese publisher Shogakukan. The following year, Shueisha became a separate, independent company.

Shueisha publishes several magazines, including Ribon the magazine that Marmalade Boy was originally serialized in and Cocohana the magazine that Marmalade Boy Little is published in. Shueisha has published all of Wataru Yoshizumi's works in volume format.
